MEDISAVE

Medisave was designed to help Singaporeans pay for their medical expenses on chronic conditions and vaccinations at GP clinic.

Etern Medical Clinic is an accredited clinic under the Medisave400 scheme.

Under this scheme, the patient can withdraw his medisave up to $400 per medisave account per year to pay for the following outpatient medical expenses or that of their immediate family memebers (e.g. parent or spouse) to help pay for their medical expenses.

2. Vaccinations Program (Adult and Children)

Singaporean can also use their medisave to pay for vaccinations such as pneumococcal and influenza, Cervical Cancer and Hepatitis B vaccinations.

Our Childhood vaccination packages consist of the above vaccines allow combination of both medisave and baby bonus for payment.

For Cervical Cancer Vaccination Package, the approved age for medisave usage is for ladies age between 9 to 26 years old.  Our clinics carry both Gardasil and Cervarix vaccines which is approved for the prevention of disease caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV). Each package consists of three doses of vaccines.

3. Medisave Grant for Newborn

Newborn citizens born on or after Aug 26 12 will get a Medisave account with a grant of $3,000 in their Medisave account.

This grant can help parents defray the costs of their child’s MediShield premiums, as well as other healthcare expenses such as vaccinations.

4. Medisave Claimable for Adult Vaccinations

A new list of adult recommended vaccines are also medisave claimable with effect from 1st November 2017. (For persons aged 18 years and older as recommended by MOH)
