LucenceINSIGHT® Multi-Cancer Screening

Proactive Cancer Detection for peace of mind

LucenceINSIGHT is an advanced multi-cancer screening test designed to detect multiple cancers early. Recommended for individuals aged 40 and above, or those with elevated personal and family risk factors, it allows you to look beyond standard health checks by choosing a screening plan tailored specifically to your lifestyle and medical background.

100% Positive Predictive Value

All of 3 positive cancer signals correlated with newly diagnosed cancer patients in a prospective real-world cohort of 264 asymptomatic individuals in 2023.

*The ctDNA-based LucenceINSIGHT demonstrated a specificity of 99.0% (310/313 self-declared healthy donors) and an overall sensitivity of 80.9% (233/288 cancer patients). Across the 21 tissue-of-origin classes analyzed, a high confidence prediction could be made in 62.4% (mean 73.6%, range 26.7%-100%) of cases with an overall accuracy of 87.7% (mean 84.9%, range 33.3%-100%). Reported from a retrospective cohort of 601 patient samples in 2024.

Screening Add-Ons

ctRNA Tumor Marker Boost

Circulating tumor RNA (ctRNA) consists of cancer signals shed into the bloodstream by active cancer cells. Combining ctRNA with circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) provides enhanced detection sensitivity over DNA markers alone.

12.5% Relative Increase in Sensitivity

for detecting lung, colon, and breast cancers when combining ctRNA with ctDNA*

Who Should Consider:

  • Family history of lung, colon, or breast cancer

  • Heavy smokers

ctRNA tumor marker boost is included with LucenceINSIGHT® 50 and available as an optional add-on for LucenceINSIGHT® 12.

*Sensitivity increase calculated as relative improvement over a ctDNA-only approach, based on an initial training dataset of three cancer types (breast, lung, colon) and independently
validated on an internal dataset. Magnitude of increase varies by cancer type (data on file).

CardioHemeRISK™ Assessment

CardioHemeRISK™ evaluates subtle genetic alterations in blood cells (known as clonal hematopoiesis) to identify silent, elevated risks of cardiovascular events and hematologic conditions. By analyzing these genetic changes, the test generates a personalized risk score to guide preventative clinical care.
