The virus spreads through blood and body fluids, do be mindful of doing any acupuncture, body piercing, or tattoo if the needles or instruments used are not sanitized and new from packaging. There might be a chance that it's contaminated with an infected person's blood.

The vaccine is recommended for people travelling to Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Southern and Eastern Europe.

Total of 3 Doses: 0, 1, 6 months apart.

Typhoid fever is a bacterial infection that can spread throughout the body, affecting the organs. It is highly contagious, anyone who consumes food that has been contaminated by the infected poo or pee can be infected and will develop typhoid fever.

Symptoms of typhoid fever are high fever, headache, body aches, fatigue, cough, and constipation.

The vaccine is recommended for people who travel to countries with a poor level of sanitation and hygiene and has close contact with the locals. High-risk areas include India, Africa, parts of South and Southeast Asia, parts of South and Central America, and parts of the Middle East.

You are recommended to take the vaccine 1 month before departure.

Meningitis is an infection of the protective membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord. The virus can be life-threatening if not treated quickly, causing permanent damage to the brain or nerves. It is usually caught by people who carry these viruses in their noses or throats and can be spread through sneezing, coughing, or kissing.

Some symptoms of meningitis are fever, headache, stiff neck, seizures, drowsiness, or unresponsiveness.

The vaccine is recommended for people who planned for a long-term stay in high-risk areas and will be having close contact with the locals, high-risk areas include parts of Africa and Saudi Arabia.

Everyone who plans to travel to Saudi Arabia for Hajj or Umrah pilgrimages is required to take the vaccine.

Yellow fever is an infection transmitted through the bite of an infected Aedes mosquito.

Those who are infected usually are asymptomatic or have mild illnesses. The symptoms include fever, headache, muscle aches, loss of appetite, and nausea.

The vaccine is recommended for people travelling to parts of Africa, South and Central America, and Trinidad in the Caribbean.

You must take the vaccine at least 10 days before departure for the vaccine to work.
