Dr Lye Tin Fong
Dr Lye Tin Fong graduated in 1997 with his medical & surgical degree and went on to attain his post-graduate Diploma in Dermatology in 2006 and Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore in 2008.
Since graduation, he has done several postings in restructured hospitals for different aspects of medical care such as renal medicine, obstetrics & gynaecology, neonatal, geriatric, dermatology, respiratory and orthopaedic medicines. As a general practitioner, he has worked in a few reputable medical groups for many years and accumulated a wealth of clinical experiences. Dr Lye was a tutor for the students in Family Medicine to the students in NUS.
Dr Lye is well known for his humorous, opened and caring approach to his patients. He is a friendly and humble doctor who is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality and standard of care to the best of their expectations.
Dr Lew Hong Jian graduated in 1998 with his medical & surgical degree from National University of Singapore.
An experienced and well-trained family physician, Dr Lew has 24 years of clinical experience in family medicine and general surgery. He holds a qualification of Diploma in Family Medicine and he specializes in internal medicine. Since graduation, he has worked in a number of disciplines in various hospitals for a different aspect of medical care such as internal medicine, ear nose & throat, and geriatrics care etc.
Dr Lew is well known to his patients as a friendly, caring and humble doctor. Given his friendly disposition and experiences in family medicine, he is committed to providing his patients with the highest quality and standard of care to the best of their expectations.

Dr Lam Poh Huat
Dr Lam is a Family Physician with 25 years of experience and is a friendly, patient and caring doctor with special interest in pediatric and skin disorders.
Having graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1997, he has undergone various postings in the hospital including the Accident and Emergency Department, General Medicine, General Surgery, Psychiatry, Neonatology etc. He spent most of his training in the polyclinic and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine.
Dr Lam is an adjunct lecturer at the School of Health Sciences, Nanyang Polytechnic since 2005. He enjoys tutoring and sharing of ideas and knowledge with his students as well as his patients.
Dr Mohd Saifuz graduated in 1995 with his medical and surgical degree from National University of Singapore.
An experienced and well-trained family physician, Dr Mohd Saifuz has 27 years of clinical experience in family medicine. Since graduation, he has practiced in various government restructured hospitals and working in polyclinics gaining a wealth of his experience in Family Medicine. He obtained his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore in 2008 and is accredited as a Family Physician by the College of Family Physician Singapore. His area of interest is in Internal Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, Preventive Health and Children’s Health.
Dr Mohd Saifuz is a friendly, caring and humble doctor. He believes with good knowledge and communication, coupled with genuine care, will help to address patient’s concern in their conditions to achieve patient’s satisfaction and managing their expectations.

Dr Benjamin Quek graduated in 2014 from Australia, University of New South Wales with his medical and surgical degree.
After graduating, he has practiced in various government restructured hospitals, working in internal medicine, general surgery, emergency medicine, paediatrics neonatal and developmental psychiatry. He was also a tutor for Medicine Society in UNSW from 2012 to2014 and Singaporean Medical Society from 2010 to 2014, respectively.
His area of interest includes acute and chronic conditions, minor surgical procedures, Children’s health, Pediatric Medicine and Pediatric Surgery. He is deeply passionate about children’s health and always work closely with parents to educate them on paediatric health conditions.
