Remote Overseas Vaccination Records

For individuals who wishes to have your overseas vaccination record updated in Singapore's National Immunisation Registry (NIR).

You may do so by filling up the form and submitting it to us at the comfort of your own home.*

Overseas Vaccination Passport

No Serology Test (Blood Test) is required for

Individuals holding digitally verifiable COVID-19 vaccination certificates.

Individuals who already have at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination recorded in NIR, whether taken locally or overseas.


How to have your Vaccination Record Updated ?

Step 1.

Fill up and submit the Recognition of Overseas COVID-19 Vaccination form, click here.

Step 2.

Email us your digital vaccination document with verifiable QR code. We will verify your documents and its authenticity.

Step 3.

Once the vaccination certificate has been verified successfully, we will give you a call / Tele-Consult to verify your Name, ID and Date of Birth. 

Step 4.

Payment will be made via Paynow / Favepay.

Step 5.

Your Vaccination Status will be shown on TraceTogether or Healthhub within the next 48 hours upon the successful update into NIR.

If your vaccination documents are not in English, you will require to get your documents translated by a translation service provider, notary public or embassy of the country that issued the document. Both the original overseas vaccination document and translated document must be shown for verification.
